Electricity, water and gas consumption included in the rates.

Final cleaning €50.00 per stay for Two-room/Three-room/Casa Lida; 80.00 euros for a four-room apartment (the cleaning of the kitchenette and the disposal of rubbish are the responsibility of the customer, otherwise an additional 25.00 euros will be charged)

For a four-room apartment, the seventh bed has a supplement of €100.00 per week.

Damage deposit €150.00 (will be returned on the day of departure after having verified the integrity of the rooms and the equipment provided)

Check-in after 4.30pm / Check-out before 9.30am

Bedroom and bathroom linen only on request at a cost of €15.00 per person 

Washing machine in the common area for a fee of Euro 5.00 per wash (1 per week free)

Pets not allowed 

PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons it is absolutely forbidden to use electrical equipment not supplied in the apartments, such as fans, electric hobs, ovens, etc. For special needs, ask for authorization in advance.
