Electricity, water and gas consumption included in the rates.

Final cleaning: €50.00 per stay for one-bedroom/three-bedroom/Casa Lida apartments; €80.00 for four-bedroom apartments (kitchenette cleaning and garbage disposal are the responsibility of the guest; otherwise, an additional €25.00 will be charged).

For a four-room apartment, a seventh bed costs €200.00 per week.

Damage deposit of €150.00 (will be refunded on the day of departure after having verified the integrity of the rooms and the equipment provided)

Check-in after 4:30 PM / Check-out before 9:00 AM

Bed linen and towels are available upon request at a cost of €15.00 per person.

Washing machine in common area for a fee of €5.00 per wash (1 wash per week free)

Pets not allowed

PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to use electrical appliances not provided in the apartments, such as fans, electric hobs, ovens, etc. For special needs, please request authorization in advance.
